Parents and teachers contribute to responsibility for creating a working relationship that Create an effective environment for children learning. Parents and teachers make a climate of misunderstandings and disagreements. It can be minimized through communication and meeting among parents and teachers.

Research opens this fact that children do better in school when parents talk often with teachers and become involved in the school. There are different ways that parents and teachers can communicate with each other, as parent-teacher conferences. Close communications between parents and teachers can help the student and very helpful in children development.

Parents who participate in school programs and activity will have added opportunities to communicate with teachers. It should to parent that tell to teacher about their decisions that may affect their childs education.

Teachers ordinary welcome meeting their students parents early in the school session. Making an effort to do this helps the teacher better to appreciate parent, child, and how parent will support the education of child.

Teachers believe that parents are concerned and interested in their childs development and progress. These programs open the lines of communication and child’s development. At the beginning of the school session, parents should contact to teachers and tell them that when they can be reached most easily, daytime or evening, to discuss their childs classroom experience.

Parents should to make sure suggestions to increase childs growth. If child is doing well, find out what parents can do to make sure continued achievements and progress.

If student or child has difficulties, make sure the teacher goes beyond merely pointing out a problem. The teacher should to provide some successful ideas and solution for eliminating or reducing the complexity. Many parents be discourage or aggravate because teachers point out problems but do not provide solutions.

Only conference and communication between parents and teachers can give a solution for all types students problem. Some general guidelines for conference:-

1. Keep informed to each other.
2. Be as positive as possible.
3. Discuss about student’s behavior, nature and educational condition
4. Keep a community resource file with identification that may offer assistance to families in any way.
5. Keep complete and accurate records about student’s homework and class work
6. If problems arise between the parent and teacher then say it to the supervisor immediately.
