Violence activities in teenagers are increasing day by day. News about violence of teens we read regularly in newspapers. We read the newspaper and forget it very soon, but these are really very dangerous news. This news is not for read and forgets it but this is the time to solve these problems. By ignoring the problem the problem grows day by day.

There are many reasons of violence. One reason of violence is violent behavior. Violent behavior is of many types like explosive temper tantrums, physical aggression, fighting, threats or attempts to hurt others, use of weapons, cruelty toward animals, fire setting, intentional destruction of property and vandalism.

Factors of increasing violent behavior are:

• Genetic factors
• Use of drugs or alcohol
• Previous aggressive or violent behavior
• Being the victim of physical abuse
• Being the victim of sexual abuse
• Exposure to violence in the home and/or community
• Brain damage from head injury
• Video games
• Exposure to violence in media
• Presence of firearms in home
• Combination of stressful family socioeconomic factors


When your nearing falls in violence then it is your responsibilities that prevent him/her from violence. You have to give him professional treatment. Early treatments help him to learn how to control his/her anger; express anger and frustrations in appropriate ways; be responsible for his/her actions; and accept consequences. In addition, family conflicts, school problems, and community issues must be addressed.

One of the most efficient ways to defend your teenager from danger exposure is to encourage them to develop strong, supportive relationships with positive, prosocial adult role models. These adults might comprise family members, teachers, coaches, and youth leaders.
