Increment of suicide among teens, is very serious problem. When any teens commit suicide, it is a sorrow able moment for his/her family members as well as his/her friends. The reasons of suicide of teens are feel sadness, angriness and depression. Depression is the main factor of suicide of teens.
Teens feel depression for many reasons. Sometimes they feel depression by pressure of exams, relationships, and friends. Sometimes they commit suicide though, feelings of sadness or hopelessness. • Alcohol or drug abuse
• Stressful situations or loss
• Family history of mental disorder
• Exposure to other teens who have committed suicide
Warning Signs of Suicide are:
• Talking about going away
• Talking about feeling hopeless or feeling guilty
• Having no desire to take part in favorite activities
• Having trouble concentrating or thinking clearly
• Experiencing changes in eating or sleeping habits
• Talking about suicide or death in general
• Pulling away from friends or family and losing the desire to go out
• Engaging in self-destructive behavior such as drinking alcohol, taking drugs, or driving too fast
If you have a friend or a nearest one who is talking about suicide or shows other warning signs, do not wait to see if he or she starts to feel better.
