When a kid took admission in school then it is the big challenge opposite him/her. But when child became youth then the challenge becomes more significant. In young age he/she faces a big challenge because at that time they have to choose their career so they always confused that they choose what field and at what college they can get better education so school is a big challenge for youth.
There are many challenges opposite to the youths in schools. Handwriting, choose their career field and give best performance are the big challenges opposite the teens. In a study it has been seen that 20% students have hand writing difficulties. Poor performance is related with bad handwriting. Some students have good knowledge but their performance is always poor because of their handwriting. So handwriting is a big problem among the teens.
Furniture of school is also a challenge of youths. In a study it has been seen that 50% faces a neck and back problem due to furniture of school because furniture is not comfortable for teens.
Playground is also a problem opposite to youths because now days many of schools has a small campus with very small playground. Sometimes playground is not available in the school. Sports are an activity that is very essential for our body. Sports give our body relax and without playground sports are not possible, so it is also the big challenge for our teens.
Transportation is a very big challenge among children. If a school is far from their homes then they face various difficulties to reach school. Some schools have a bus facility bus many schools has not bus facilities. So it is the big challenge for kids to go to schools.
Low income of the parents is also the challenge opposite to the teens. In this situation youths do the part time job for their fees and expenses. This job decreases their time of study that creates more problems opposite them.
Computer labs in schools are also a major challenge opposite youths. In labs mostly labs has computers that are of very slow processing which cause a big time in small work.
The main challenges among youths are employment. The challenge of employment became more difficult due to following reasons:
• High illiteracy rate
• Deteriorating quality of education
• Limited industrial skills
• Inadequate R&D activities
• Limited experience of the private sector
• Limited private sector participation
• Limited regional cooperation
• High unemployment and underemployment rates
• Attitudes to work that are biased to management positions
