Many teens and adolescents have Mental Disorders problems that interfere with their normal growth and development and daily life routine. Some Mental Disorders problems are mild and for only short periods of time, while others are more severe and potentially, last a lifetime.

*Reach them when they need you.

*Do not criticize or pass judgment once the adolescent begins to talk
*Encourage activity and praise efforts to socialize and be active.

Do not wait and hope that symptoms will go away by their self. Seek help from a doctor or mental health professional.
