Gangs are the group of youth and adults that involves in criminal activities as bank robbery, kidnapping, rape and violence. The members of gangs choose a slogan and logo for their gang. The reasons of joining the gang are money, power, identity, fun, protection, depression and sex.

The gangs are of many types like street gang, school gang, motorcycle gang, drug gangs and many others. The highly organized gangs are called mafia. The other way to divide the gang is of region wise. This gang includes Asian gangs, American gangs, Russian gangs, Chinese gang, Japanese gang, Korean gang, Pakistani gang, Sri Lankan gang, Indian gang and many others. Youth concerned in gangs are viewed as especially at-risk for prison misbehavior.

School gangs are those gangs in which the group of school kids includes. These gangs are responsible for violence in schools and they provide drugs to their schoolmates. There are many reasons for school kids to join the gangs. The factors that influence the school children are sex, economic status, and academic results.
