Outback Therapeutic Expeditions offers wilderness programs for troubled youths which are most effective and proven therapeutic process to recover them. Troubled teens at this center experience the highest standards of safety and therapy in their program. Their program is specially designed to engage students in character development and resolve personal and family issues. They provide individual attention on every student in their aftercare planning for personal and family issues.

There are four basic components to help students in process of discovering themselves where their negative habits and behaviors are leading them. They teach them how to make positive changes and implement those changes. They help them to make a responsible person in life.

The four basic components of center are as follows: -

- Outdoor experience
- Individualized Treatment
- The family
- Peer interaction

Outdoor experiences remove students from many distractions by allowing them to set an external image aside and acquire necessary skills to care themselves. The wilderness setting of center acts as a catalyst that moves students out of their comfort zone and adjusts to their new surroundings of center. During therapeutic sessions of center, students begin to think more insightfully and replace negative thoughts and habits with positive ones. They provide individualized treatment to every student. After session therapist send all progress report of student to his parents. Parents are involved in every step of child’s progress. They only comprise six to nine students at a time. They provide a forum for addressing group dynamics, individual character development, and specific topics identified in the treatment plan during their daily sessions.
