Usually each person looks at the therapy that follows injury and trauma as physical therapy. In medical science the injury and trauma define as- accidents, surgery, and other physical problem. The progressive rehab programs provide an effective help for these problems. The rehab programs give most effective and efficient results. These programs are designed to rehabilitate from injury in actuality with normal everyday routine. Thus we use the phrase progressive rehabilitation.

Effective rehabilitation requires a complete plan of care and treatment with specific, progressive goals. There are two main concept of progressive rehab: -

(1)Therapeutic method are applied to cause a physiological response,
(2) Rehabilitation is a progressive process based on the medical diagnosis and evaluation of the needs of physically active people.

Any therapist, who works on rehab process, must understand one additional, and critical, concept: The mind and body are connected. Each individual will have a unique response to injury. So it should to therapist that he do the treatment with care and concentration. However, the mind and body connection is not a new concept. The relationship between physical injury and psychological response is, as well as between psychological dysfunction and somatic pain. Before applying a therapeutic modality, therapist must understand the psychological aspects of rehabilitation.

The rehabilitation process addresses the needs of the whole patient and emphasizes patient education and self-management. The concept of progressive rehab ideally suited to the needs of patients with a difficult and progressive neurological disarray. The goal of progressive rehab is to improve patient life independently and minimize disability and maximize quality of life. It describes the specific needs of an individual patient and their attempts to address a broad range for evaluation. The progressive rehabilitation include:

*Lack of description and standardization of input;
*Inadequacy or absence of blinding;
*Variation in location and duration of rehabilitation input;
*Reluctance to use a control group;
*Lack of independent assessors; and,
*Absence of agreement and inconsistent use of limited.

The evaluation of rehabilitation may be addressed at four different levels, moving from broad to specific:

1.The broadest concept of service delivery
2.Packages of comprehensive care,
3.Individual components of these packages, and,
4.The intrinsic elements of the rehabilitation process,
