After the surgery of foot the rehabilitation process use for rehab the foot in normal condition. Here are some basic ankle injury rehab programs for strengthening. It should not replace an evaluation by your doctor or therapist. This routine generally takes 20 minutes. It must be done regularly three times per week for full recovery. If you are feeling pain, do not attempt this program.

A proper, safe stretch should not be painful. To perform the following stretches properly move slowly, don't bounce and hold for 15 seconds then switch sides and repeat 2- 4 times.

1.Calf Stretch -
Place you hands on a wall with right foot behind you. Keep right knee straight and heel touching the ground. Lean forward until you feel a stretch along your calf. And another type of calf stretch is calf soles stretch. Place you hands on a wall with your right foot behind you. Bend your right knee, and keep the heel in contact with the ground. Lean forward until you feel a stretch along your calf.

2.Range of Motion-
Sit with one leg crossed over the other. By free leg's toe draw a circle in the air. It process should be done both directions, gradually, clockwise and anticlockwise. Repeat with the other foot.

3.Towel Scrunches -
this process should be done with chair and towel. Sit in a chair and stretch a towel on the floor in front of you. Begin with right foot and keep heel on the ground. Use your toes to scrunch the towel towards you.

4.Leg Swing on One-Leg -
stands carefully on one leg and, swing other leg forward and backsides continue, through a full motion. You can also swing the leg to the side. Do this for 10-15 seconds. Take a rest for small bit and do again.

5.Toe Raises -
stand carefully and put your one hand on backside of raise up on your toes and hold for 2 seconds and lower. Don't bounce. Change the toe after some time.

6.Toe Taps -
Sit in chair and Keep your right heel on the ground. Raise toes up toward body, and then lower.

7.Jumps -
slowly jump is very effective in rehabilitation. You can choose long or high according your situation but do it on supervision of an expert.

This program can help strength and rebuild the muscles that support the ankle joint. Do all exercise carefully and do not perform exercises that cause pain.
