Alcohol and Youth



It is usually seen in youth that they use the things those are excessively in use. These days alcohol use among teens increasing. And as they are growing up then they become habitual of alcohols. When youth become addict of alcohol then it becomes a disease.

By using alcohols teens are facing many situations. These are many problems as physical, emotional, family, school and social problems are arrived in this case. As a result of alcohol dependency adolescents and teens will occurrence emotional, mental behavioral and school related troubles.

Another reason to start alcohol by youths is that they always try to use new thing. They use drugs for lots of reasons, including curiosity, because it feels good, to decrease stress, to feel grown up or to fit in.

The other factor for using alcohol to the adolescence is that from where they get the knowledge of alcohol about its experience. Mostly those youth start to use alcohol whose parent is using alcohol. Their parent drinks towards him. So the teen thinks that why his parent is drinking while it is injurious to health. For that he makes a wish to use it once. When he uses it then the possibility is that he would like the taste. If he likes the taste he will again try to use it and he may be habitual for that.

There are many diseases that are produced from using of alcohol. Alcohol works as a poison in these diseases. Youth loss control over mind and face many problems after using alcohol.

Many parents finding that there youth have been struggling with alcohol abuse. Basically alcohol addiction is a catastrophic revelation. Opinion of failure, disappointment, guilt and humiliation floods in a mind of parents. However, you must keep in mind that you are not the only parent to face such a condition.

Symptoms of alcohol addiction are:

•Talking a lot about using alcohols
•Work performance decreases
•Missing work.
•Depressed, hopeless, or suicidal feelings
•Avoiding friends and family members
•Getting Alcoholic substance on a regular basis
•Lying, especially about how much they are using or drinking
