Food addiction is characterized by the act of obsessing with weight and image of the body. A food addict is a person for whom a one bite of food is too much and a thousands bites are not enough.
Overeating is a disease of obsession, like drugs and alcohol. Food addiction has disturbing the heath, social and economic qualities of addicted.
In food addiction main organ of the body may be affected. High incidents of illnesses happen with size such as; birth defects, chronic deficiency, deep layer thrombosis, diabetes, gallbladder and gout. It may cause cancers including; breast, esophagus, gastric, colorectal and renal cell. It is also the cause of hypertension, depression, tetchiness, and headaches.
Food allergies can also reason an addiction-like trust due to homeostatic disturbance. In food addiction, addicts favorite food are usually the ones to which addict are addicted. Addict generally feels better instantaneously after eating the food that they are obsessed to, but shortly afterward the allergic response produces a feeling of irritability. It causes sadness or headaches.
Milk, wheat and eggs are the most common allergic foods. Each contains great protein with strong glue-like bonds. If the suitable enzyme is not obtainable, these protein molecules enter the blood undigested. Homeostasis has been excessive, and if these foods are constantly eaten, the body will require them for homeostatic equilibrium, causing an allergen-based food addiction.
The symptoms of food addiction are same as alcohol and drugs addiction. If you find that you have a food addiction, there are several options vacant to you. Such as: Consult an eating disorder expert, doctor, psychologist, or clinic.
Food addicts always face weight problem. Some are fight with overweight and someone fight with underweight problem. Poor eating habits are the reason of this problem.
Symptoms of Binge Eating are:

• Lacks control over eating
• Isolating to eat
• Depression
• Eats when not physically hungry
• Disgust and/or guilt after binge
• Eats large amounts of food throughout the day
• Eats much more rapidly than normal
Eating is a natural fraction of life, but sugary and oily foods may act like a drug and may be addictive. So it is necessary that to save himself or herself from these foods.
